Alan Harrison P.G.A. - Club ProfessionalBorn in Hastings in 1973, Alan was an amateur at Beauport Park Golf Club. He arrived at The Royal as Assistant to Richard Wooller in 1997 following the completion of five years of training at Willingdon Golf Club. Alan was promoted to Club Professional upon Richard’s retirement five years later in 2002. Aside from winning a number of Pro-Am competitions over the last decade, his most cherished playing achievements came when becoming 1996 Sussex Trainee Champion and 1997 Sussex Assistant’s Champion. Mark Packard - Assistant ProfessionalBorn in 1979, Mark was an amateur at Eastbourne Downs Golf Club. Mark came to the club as an amateur in 2000. He made the decision to make his career in golf as a professional and later that year in 2002 joined the professional staff as a trainee embarking on a three year course set to end in early 2006. Prior to his training he fulfilled one of his ambitions by becoming Club Champion in his final year as an amateur, following three successful years as a member of the Davies & Tate team. |

Laurence Collier P.G.A.- Assistant ProfessionalBorn in 1987, having progressed through our Junior section, Laurence has become one the Club's best golfer's. In 2006 Laurence became Club Champion whilst also becoming the Sussex Boys Champion of Champions. In March 2007 he commenced training to become a Professional & completed this in 2010. Laurence is an AASE Coach to the Sussex Downs College |

Margaret HarrisonHere we have Margaret, Alan's mother, who works part time and has brought the feminine touch to the shop. Margaret is a member of Cooden Beach Golf Club, Bexhill and plays off a handicap of 13. |
